Our Services
Five Star Staffing Solutions provides temporary and permanent staffing solutions to businesses across London. Our services include recruitment, candidate screening, placement, and ongoing support for both clients seeking staff and candidates seeking employment opportunities. We act as an employment agency and employment business as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and we conduct our operations in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Client Obligations
When you engage our services as a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your staffing requirements including job descriptions, skills required, experience levels, and any other relevant details. You also agree to comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations and to treat all candidates presented to you fairly and without discrimination.
You agree to inform us promptly when a candidate has been engaged through our introduction and to pay our fees in accordance with the agreed fee structure. You acknowledge that we rely on the accuracy of the information you provide and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information you supply.
Candidate Obligations
When you register with us as a candidate, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your qualifications, experience, employment history, and any other details relevant to your job search. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services and you may be liable for any losses we or third parties suffer as a result.
You agree to inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances including changes in contact details, availability, or employment status. You also agree to attend interviews arranged by us and to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend any scheduled interview or appointment.
Fees and Payment
Our fees for temporary and permanent placements are set out in our fee schedule which is provided to clients before any engagement begins. Fees for temporary staff are calculated based on the hours worked and the agreed hourly rate while fees for permanent placements are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary.
All fees are payable within thirty days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate specified in our invoice terms and we reserve the right to suspend services or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Five Star Staffing Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Five Star Staffing Solutions, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all confidential information disclosed during the course of our relationship including but not limited to business strategies, financial information, candidate details, and client requirements. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of these terms and continue indefinitely.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time without prior notice if we believe you have breached these terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct is detrimental to our business or reputation. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and delete any copies of our content in your possession.
